Day of The Dead Vendor Form 

The New Orleans Healing Center will partner with La Source Ancienne Ounfo to host the First Annual Day of the Dead/Fed Gede Celebration and Ceremony on November 1st, 2017, continuing a tradition started by La Source Ancienne Ounfo 37 years ago. It has finally outgrown its original venue in Achade Meadows Peristil and will be expanded in the lobby of the New Orleans Healing Center. The festival will include a traditional All Souls/All Saints/Day of the Dead/Rara parade, a Day of the Dead market, Day of the Dead and Ancestral altars by local artists, a Ceremony to honor the Dead and the Gede spirits, a pot luck supper,  a  procession to feed the Dead, Prayers for the Dead from different traditions, praise names of the Dead, and the passing of flame in their honor.

If you would like to vend or table at the 37th Annual Day of the Dead/Fet Gede Celebration and Ceremony  in the Day of the Dead Market on November 1st, 2017 at the New Orleans Healing Center, please fill out form below.

Vendors may set up all day Tuesday, Nov. 1st or no later than 5:30 pm for the event itself, which opens at 6:30 pm with the arrival of the parade. But please stay open for the duration of the ceremony and pot luck supper, from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm. You are more than welcome to set up earlier during the day. Further information will be provided for those selected to participate in the event.

Thank you for your interest in vending through The New Orleans Healing Center. Please fill out the form below at the best of your ability about the details of the products that you have. Please leave any portion of the form blank that you do not yet know. Please reach out to Brandon Curran (marketing@neworleanshealingcenter.org) (504.940.1130) with any questions or concerns you may have. Once the form is turned in, someone from the NOHC Administration Team will contact you with follow-up questions. The current policies are listed below but are subject to change (special circumstances may apply for individual events/happenings). Costs are $30 per day unless special circumstances apply. More information will be given once accepted. Vendors will need to be approved by NOHC Admin Staff and NOHC Board and will need a valid Vendor's License. The Healing Center will supply tables, chairs, basic security and promotions on website, social media, and include the vendors in the greater New Orleans Healing Center network.
